Areosa Advogados is a law firm formed by experienced professionals with relevant performance in the market, whose purpose is to provide personalized legal services capable of providing agile, assertive and innovative responses to the advisory matters and disputes that are entrusted to the firm.

The idea of creating the firm was conceived by partner João Carlos Areosa, lawyer with previous experience in large national law firms. Areosa Advogados was born with a team of 15 professionals and offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

The firm has relevant national and multinational players in its client portfolio, which are served in the areas of dispute resolution (litigation, mediation and arbitration), succession planning, tax consulting and litigation, corporate criminal, labor and corporate/M&A.
